New Characters

The new characters and backgrounds are now finished and drying, I will have them uploaded soon.

New Direction

I have started a "new direction" with my current animation: All Doubt. At first I was going to create the characters for this animation in Maya and then drop the animated characters in the Adobe Flash.

I have developed the pass model of the characters in Maya and I am not feeling that excited about them. There seems to be an element missing, I don't feel quite as hands on as I would like. So I have decided to create the characters by painting them will washes of watercolor.

I think that the idea of hand painted characters, having the visual texture and quality of being created by hand in contrast with the digital quality of Flash will be more exciting to look at.
